Vaughan Regional Medical Center's Emergency Department serves Dallas and surrounding counties 24 hours, seven days a week, treating more than 28,000 patients annually.
The Emergency Department is staffed with experienced physicians and nurses specifically trained in Emergency Medicine. Double physician coverage is provided during peak hours.
The Emergency Department was recently renovated and expanded, a $2.5 million dollar investment in the Selma facility. Renovations include an additional 2,500 square feet to the existing Emergency Department, two new state-of-the-art trauma rooms, as well as new and expanded waiting, triage and registration areas.
A new front entrance canopy area was also added for patient convenience.
