This website is just one more example of how the staff and physicians at Vaughan are striving to serve you. Our 175-bed hospital was just recently re-accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. This "gold seal" of approval means Vaughan is compliant with nationally established standards set by the Joint Commission.

If you have visited our campus lately, you probably noticed some changes as we are literally "growing to serve you!" Construction is complete on our 17,000 square foot Outpatient Surgery and Procedure Center. The new, $7.2 million expansion brings all of our outpatient surgical services to one centralized location, making the process easier for patients and their families. We have recently updated our mammography suite to include digital mammography. Our emergency department renovation has recently been completed, as well as our catherization lab. Interventional cardiology is a new venture for Vaughan, and we're very excited to be able to provide this service to the people of West Central Alabama.
